NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND SALIENT DATES OF THE CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION               
The annual report containing audited financial statements for the company for   
the year ended 30 June 2006 has been dispatched to shareholders on Tuesday, 14  
November 2006.                                                                  
There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended 30 June    
2006, released on SENS on 14 September 2006.                                    
The annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting for the       
Company, which will be held at 11:30 on Wednesday, 6 December 2006 at the       
offices of the Company at 2 Eton Road, Parktown, Johannesburg and a resolution  
regarding a capital distribution.                                               
Subject to the approval by the shareholders of the Company being obtained, the  
following dates for the capital distribution will apply:
