NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Linked unitholders are advised that Redefine"s annual report, incorporating the 
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2006, was dispatched  
today, and contains no changes to the audited results which were announced on   
SENS on 6 October 2006.                                                         
The annual report contains notices of Annual General Meetings of shareholders   
and of debenture holders for the company, which will be held at 2 Arnold Road,  
Rosebank, Gauteng, at 10:00 am and 10:30 am respectively, on Thursday, 23       
November 2006.
