     Results of the rights offer                                                
The partially underwritten, renounceable rights offer of 12 696 447        
     ordinary shares at an issue price of 1700 cents per share ("the rights     
     offer shares") in the ratio of one rights offer share for every 12 shares  
     held ("the rights offer"), closed at 12:00 on Friday, 27 October 2006.     
The results of the rights offer are as follows:                            
     *    PSG Group shareholders (and their renouncees) applied for 12 527 684  
          (98,7%) rights offer shares.                                          
     *    The underwriter of the rights offer will therefore subscribe for 168  
763 (1,3%) of the rights offer shares.                                
     Share certificates in respect of rights offer shares subscribed for will   
     be posted to certificated shareholders today. Dematerialised               
     shareholders" safe custody accounts with their Central Securities          
Depository Participants or brokers will be credited today with the rights  
     offer shares subscribed for.                                               
     In terms of the underwriting agreement, PSG Group will issue to the        
     underwriter a further 4 831 237 shares, being the difference between 5     
million and the 168 763 shares subscribed for as noted above, at 1775      
     cents per share. This constitutes a specific issue for cash and was        
     approved by the requisite majority of shareholders at a general meeting    
     held on 15 September 2006.
