CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the   
company is pleased to announce the re - appointment of Mr Mohammed Yusuf Kajee, 
who has been appointed as an Executive Director, to the board of Sekunjalo.     
His appointment is effective from 18 August 2006.
