Illovo shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of members   
held on Wednesday, 12 July 2006, with the exception of Special Resolution No. 1 
which was withdrawn, all the other resolutions as proposed in the Notice of the 
Annual General Meeting were approved by the requisite majority of members.
