In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
following information is disclosed:                                             
The board of directors of the company ("the board") wishes to advise            
shareholders that, in anticipation of the reconstitution of the board in terms  
of the agreement governing the acquisition of Thebe Tourism Group (Proprietary) 
Limited, Mr. QA Southey has resigned from the board with immediate effect.      
He will however continue in office as the Company Secretary.
