APPOINTMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                                           
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Vusi Mavimbela as a non- 
executive director of Group Five with immediate effect.                         
This appointment follows the finalisation of the black economic empowerment
