DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS                                              
In compliance with rule 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings        
Requirements information regarding the dealing in securities by directors of    
Sekunjalo is disclosed.                                                         
Certain directors of Sekunjalo held indirect non beneficial holdings in         
Sekunjalo B ordinary shares through an investment company. As part of the       
restructuring of the investment company, it was agreed that the Sekunjalo B     
ordinary shares would be distributed to respective stakeholders. The            
restructure, which was effective from 18 January 2006 has led to an increase or 
decrease in certain Sekunjalo director"s holdings, as set out below:
