Limited, notice is hereby given of the following change to the board of         
directors of Illovo:                                                            
Mr R D Hamilton has retired as a director with immediate effect.                
The Illovo Board expresses its appreciation to Mr Hamilton for his wise counsel 
as a director of the Company over the past 17 years.
