TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE") relating to    
trading statements a listed company is required to publish a trading statement  
as soon as it becomes aware that the financial results for the next period to be
reported on will show a 20% or more difference from those of the previous       
corresponding period.                                                           
Nu-World is expecting an increase of between 20% and 25% in earnings per share  
and headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 August 2005 ("the year-end
results") compared to that of the previous comparative period.                  
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on  
by Nu-World"s auditors.  The release of the year-end results announcement is    
expected to be on or about 21 October 2005.
