The board of directors of Cullinan wishes to advise shareholders that the       
resolutions required to implement the acquisition of New Horizons were not      
approved by the requisite majorities of shareholders at the general meeting of  
shareholders of the company held today.                                         
The company will therefore not proceed with the acquisition.
