CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with the JSE Securities Exchange Listings Requirements, LPC       
Manhattan is hereby authorised to announce the appointment of Mr Fred Litschka  
and Mr. Marc Allen as Executive Directors of the company with immediate effect. 
Mr Litschka formerly served as a non-executive director of the company and      
joined the Group as a permanent member of staff on 1 June 2005, whilst Mr Allen 
formerly served as an alternate director.
