NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Shareholders are advised that the company"s annual report, incorporating the    
audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2005, were          
dispatched today, and contain no material changes to the audited results which  
were announced on SENS on Tuesday, 17 May 2005.                                 
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Famous Brands,
which will be held in the company"s boardroom at 478 James Crescent, Halfway    
House, Midrand on Wednesday, 29 June 2005 at 14:00.
