CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa     
Listings Requirements, notification is given that Dr Gilingwe Mayende, former   
Director General of Land Affairs, and Mr Muzi Nkosi, Chief Executive Officer of 
Sekunjalo Pharmaceuticals, have been appointed as executive directors to the    
Board of Directors of Sekunjalo with immediate effect.                          
Mr Mohamed Yusuf Kajee has resigned from the Board of Directors of Sekunjalo to 
pursue other interests and Mr Aron Snyders, reaching the age of 70, has retired 
from the Board of Directors of Sekunjalo.  Both the resignation and retirement  
is with immediate effect.
