At a board meeting held on 21 December 2004 the following changes to the board  
of Bell were announced                                                          
M O Rysa (Finnish) and D I Campbell resigned as alternate directors.            
D L Smythe and J P Du Toit were appointed directors.                            
M A Campbell resigned as a director but was appointed as alternate director to J
P du Toit                                                                       
P C Bell was appointed alternate director to G W Bell.                          
The above information is in accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings    
Requirements.
