INCREASE OF STAKE IN PREMIER FISHING SA (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("PREMIER         
FISHING") AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                   
Shareholders are referred to the press release by the company released this     
afternoon, where it was announced that it has increased its stake in Premier    
Fishing from 56% to 80%, through a R70 million recapitalisation funded by the   
Business Banking division of Nedbank Corporate.  The additional 24% stake was   
acquired from the Industrial Development Corporation and a management trust,    
with a workers" trust holding the remaining 20%.                                
Shareholders are advised that a detailed announcement will be made shortly.  In 
the mean time, shareholders should continue to exercise caution in this regard  
when dealing in their Sekunjalo shares.
