Illovo Sugar Limited has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Phinda Madi  
as a director of the Company.  Mr Madi is currently Group Managing Director of  
Thebe Risks and Benefits Group, Chairman of Madi Sussens & HerdBouys and founder
member and commissioner of the Black Economic Empowerment Commission.  He takes 
up his appointment with immediate effect.
