reflect, in its income statement and balance sheet, its proprietary
investments on a line by line consolidated basis in terms of AC 132. The
attached summarized income statement and balance sheet show the effect and
are also available on our website (www.psg.co.za). It is clear from the
information provided that there are no changes to the substance of PSG
Group`s income statement and balance sheet and the stated net asset value
remains unchanged.
