PREFERENCE DIVIDEND No 111

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend no 111 of 5,5 cents per
share has been declared in respect of the six months ended 31 December 2001.
The last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend will be
Thursday, 14 March 2002 and the preference shares will trade ex-dividend
from Friday, 15 March 2002. The record date will be Friday, 22 March 2002
and payment will be made on Monday, 25 March 2002.

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or re materialised between
Friday, 8 March and Friday, 22 March 2002 both days inclusive.
