RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING

Argil Corporate Finance (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce that
at the general meeting held on Thursday 27 September 2001, the special and
ordinary resolutions, relating to the repurchase of 11 100 000 ordinary
shares in DAWN's issued share capital from Investment Solutions Limited at a
price of 35 cents per share, were unanimously passed by DAWN shareholders.
The special resolution has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration.
