   Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 110 of 5,5 cents per
share has been declared in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2001.
   The last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend will be
Friday 5 October 2001 and the preference shares will trade ex-dividend from
Monday 8 October 2001.

   The record date will be Friday 12 October 2001 and payment will be made
on Monday 15 October 2001.

No dematerialisation of share certificates between Monday 1 October 2001 and
Friday 12 October 2001 both days inclusive.
