CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMI
advises the following changes to its board of directors:

Mr L Crouse has resigned as alternate director to Mr JJ Durand,
effective 31 March 2016.

Mr F Knoetze has been appointed as an alternate director to Mr JJ
Durand, effective 1 April 2016. Mr Knoetze is an actuary and holds
a BCom (Hons) from the University of Stellenbosch. He joined
Remgro Limited in 2014 where he currently focuses on the company’s
interests in the financial services (insurance and banking) and
sport industries.
