POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT,      NO   CHANGE   STATEMENT   AND
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the company’s Integrated
Report for the year ended 30 June 2014 was posted today.
The audited annual financial statements set out therein are
unchanged from the condensed audited results which were
released on SENS on 17 September 2014.

Included in the Integrated Report is a notice of Annual
General Meeting of shareholders which will be held in the
company’s boardroom, Jasco Office Park,Corner Alexandra
Avenue and Second Street, Midrand, on 31 October 2014, at
11:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
the Annual General Meeting to be posted to shareholders on
or about 30 September 2014.

The record date, for purposes of determining which
shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of Annual
General Meeting, was Friday, 19 September 2014.

The last day to trade and the record date, in order for
shareholders to be eligible to participate in and vote at
the Annual General Meeting, are 17 October 2014 and 24
October 2014, respectively.
