In terms of Rules 3.67 to 3.71 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa"s    
Listings Requirements, Sasfin Bank Limited is authorised to announce that it was
incorrectly announced on SENS on 4 June 2003 that Mr GJ Perrins was appointed to
the Sable board of directors with effect from 3 June 2003. The announcement     
should have stated that Mr GJ Perrins has resigned from the Sable board with    
effect from 3 June 2003.
