DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF RMH ORDINARY SHARES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“the Companies
Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that RMH has received formal notification that Steyn Capital Management
Proprietary Limited (“Steyn Capital”) has, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the ordinary
shares of RMH, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of RMH held by Steyn
Capital on behalf of clients amounts to 5.48% of the total issued ordinary shares of RMH.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

AVAILABILITY OF BEE COMPLIANCE REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the annual compliance report in terms of Section 13G(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No.46 of 2013, is
available on RMH’s website www.rmh.co.za. The link is provided below:

AVAILABILITY OF RECORDING OF SHAREHOLDER’S CALL

Following the firm intention announcement released on SENS on 24 June 2022, RMH held
a call addressing questions received from shareholders. A copy of the recording is
