NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR


Shareholders are advised that following the conclusion of a formal tender process in anticipation of the
proposed delisting of Anchor from the JSE (as announced on SENS on 13 November 2020), the board of
directors of Anchor (the “Board”) and BDO South Africa Inc. (“BDO”), by mutual agreement, have agreed to
terminate the audit services of BDO effective on 1 December 2020.

Following an assessment process, the Board, through the Anchor audit and risk committee, has resolved to
appoint Mazars South Africa, with Sanjay Ranchhoojee as designated audit partner, as the new auditors for
the financial year ending 31 December 2020, effective on 1 December 2020.

The Board thanks BDO for their valuable service to Anchor.
