Issue of ZAR 540,000,000 Share Securities due 11 December 2025 and ZAR
500,000,000 Share Securities due 14 May 2026

Holders of the BNP ZAR 540,000,000 Share Securities due 11 December 2025
and ZAR 500,000,000 Share Securities due 14 May 2026 are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on 10 December 2020 and 12 May 2021
respectively, in relation to the new listing of the ZA183 Notes and ZA190 Notes.

BNP wishes to notify the holders of ZA183 Notes and ZA190 Notes that the
applicable pricing supplements have been amended and restated to include a
global floor of 30% of the Nominal Amount per Certificate to the Final Payout.
Accordingly, the JSE Limited has granted formal approval for the amendment
and restatement of the ZA183 and ZA190 applicable pricing supplements.
