MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that the guarantor, Old Mutual Limited ("Old
Mutual"), has released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

Old Mutual is the guarantor of the OMLACSA OML12, OML13, OML14, OML15, OML16, OML17,
OML18, OML19 and OML20 debt instruments under the OMLACSA Debt Programme.
