Recommendation of the Supervisory Board regarding distribution of profits for 2023

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company" or "GTC") informs that on 27 May
2024, it received a positive opinion of the Supervisory Board in respect of division of profit and the
payment of dividend in the amount of PLN 0.22 per share to the shareholders of the Company from the
net profit earned in the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and retained earnings.

The payment of the dividend remains subject to approval by the annual general meeting of the
shareholders of the Company.

Legal basis: Art. 17 (1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 596/2014
on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European
Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (inside
information).
