NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE HOLDERS OF ALL OF THE NOTES ISSUED
UNDER THE ISSUER'S ZAR4,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME
DATED 27 SEPTEMBER 2019 ("PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM")
A. NOTICE
The Issuer, acting under the instructions of Amber House Fund 6
Security SPV (RF) Proprietary Limited, hereby gives notice in
accordance with Conditions 16 and 22 of the Conditions of the
Notes, that a meeting ("Meeting") of the holders of all the
Notes issued by the Issuer under its asset backed programme will
be held on 3 August 2023 at 10h00 at the offices of Quadridge
Intembeko Proprietary Limited, 1st Floor, 32 Fricker Road,
Illovo, for the purposes of considering and, if deemed fit,
passing with or without modification, the resolutions set out
in the notice of meeting ("Notice of Meeting") for the amendment
of items 13 (Coupon Step-Up Date) and 15 (Scheduled Maturity
Date) of each of the Class A2, Class A3, Class B1, Class C1 and
Class D1 Applicable Pricing Supplements currently in issue from
21 August 2024 to 21 August 2023 respectively.
Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice and not
otherwise defined in this notice, shall have the meanings
ascribed to such terms and expressions in the Programme
Memorandum.
A copy of the Notice of Meeting has been delivered to the Central
Securities Depository for communication by them to the holders
of Beneficial Interests in the Notes in uncertificated form in
accordance with Condition 16.2 of the Conditions of the Notes.
