APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Following the SENS announcement released on 12 December 2022, the board embarked on
a comprehensive recruitment process for the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”)
which included external and internal candidates.

The board is pleased to advise shareholders, in accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, that Ms Terri Ladbrooke, the interim CFO, has been appointed
as CFO, and executive director with effect from 15 March 2023.

Terri is a Chartered Accountant who has held various financial and leadership roles within
Libstar since joining the Group in 2015, including that of Group Financial Controller and
Internal Audit Manager at Libstar Operations as well as Management Accountant and Finance
Executive at Rialto.

The Board welcomes Terri to her new role and looks forward to her continued contribution to
the Group.
