WITHDRAWAL OF NEW FRONTIER PROPERTIES LIMITED FROM THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF
MAURITIUS (SEM)


Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements published on SENS dated
12 April 2022 and 11 August 22 respectively, and are advised that in view of the recurring
inability of NFP to comply with the provisions of the Listing Rules relating to the publication
of its financial statements, the SEM has decided, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.9 (b) and with
the approval of the Listing Executive Committee, to withdraw the ordinary shares of NFP
from the Official Market of the SEM after market close of 25 August 2022.

The above suspension had resulted from the inability of NFP to comply with the provisions
of the Listing Rules relating to the timely publication of its financial statements as from the
financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2020. The SEM has taken note that, as
of date, NFP has still not been unable to publish its outstanding financial statements.
