Orion Minerals Ltd (Orion or Company) refers to its request for a voluntary suspension of trading in its
securities on ASX dated 15 June 2022 under Listing Rule 17.2.

As the Company has not as yet finalised its capital raising transaction, it is not in a position to announce
details of the raising on Monday 20 June 2022. Accordingly, it is not yet appropriate for trading in the
Company's securities to resume.

The Company currently expects that the voluntary suspension of trading in its securities will remain in place
until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday 22 June 2022 or the release of an
announcement regarding a capital raising transaction.

The Company will continue to inform the market of material developments as matters progress.
