AUDITED SUMMARY OF CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2021

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 27% to R1.9 million, from R2.6 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline loss per share (“HLPS”) decreased by 23% to 36.29 cents per share, from
     47.31 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share (“LPS”) decreased by 23% to 36.29 cents per share, from 47.92 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.
