AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR OLD MUTUAL INSURE

Old Mutual Insure hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("AFS"). The auditors of Old Mutual Insure,
KPMG Inc, have issued an unqualified audit report relating to the annual financial statements of Old
Mutual Insure.

The AFS contain restatements to the statement of cash flows for the prior year ended 31 December
2019, which were implemented as a result of the JSE’s pro active monitoring process of Old Mutual
Insure’s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019. The restatements relate
to the treatment of payment of lease liabilities according to IFRS 16, as well as the payments and
expenses relating to employee share trusts and the separate disclosure of the amounts.

Full details regarding the restatements are contained in note 38 of the AFS which are available on Old
Mutual Insure's website.
