Kore Potash plc, the potash development company whose flagship asset is the 97%-owned Sintoukola
Potash Project, is pleased to advise that the Company will provide remote ‘listen-in’ access to the
Company’s General Meeting (“GM”) via a dial-in facility.

As previously announced the GM will be held at 10:00 (UK) on 18 September 2020 at Suite 31, Second
Floor, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, in person attendance is
not possible.
