CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF A 75% INTEREST IN A RETAIL PORTFOLIO IN FRANCE


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 26 August 2021 advising shareholders that
Lighthouse had reached agreement with Wereldhave Retail France SAS on the acquisition of a 75% interest in four
French shopping centres (the "Transaction").

All conditions precedent to the Transaction have been fulfilled and transfer took place on 30 September 2021.

The Company has primary listings on both the Official Market of the SEM and the Main Board of the JSE Limited
("JSE").
