Posting of Acucap`s annual report and details of the annual general meeting     
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,       
information regarding the annual report and the annual general meeting is set   
out below.                                                                      
1.   Annual report                                                              
    Further to Acucap`s summarised audited results for the year ended 31        
    March 2012, released on SENS on 7 June 2012, the annual report was          
    posted today. The annual report contains no modifications to the            
aforementioned published summarised audited results.                        
2.   Annual general meeting                                                     
    The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to shareholders         
    under separate cover on or about 16 July 2012 and details of the annual     
general meeting will be announced on that date.
