Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the    
audited financial statements for the seven months ended 31 December 2009, was   
dispatched today and contains no material changes to the reviewed condensed     
consolidated results which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 25 March 2010.   
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be    
held at 14h00 in the boardroom at Manta Place, Turnberry Office Park, 48        
Grosvenor Road, Bryanston on Wednesday, 21 July 2010.
