TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) (i) of the NSX Listings Requirements, an issuer must publish a trading
statement when they become aware that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next, will be
materially different from the financial results for the previous corresponding period.
SBN Holdings Limited would like to report to shareholders that profit after tax for the financial year ended
31 December 2024 is expected to be higher, by between 25% and 35%, than what was reported for the
comparative period. Therefore, earnings per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 are
expected to be higher, by between 25% and 35% (between 184 and 198 cents per share) and headline
earnings per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 are expected to be higher, by between
25% and 35% (between 188 and 203 cents per share), than what was reported for the comparative period.
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the Group's external auditors.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Group's securities.
The Group's audited annual financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024 are expected to be
released on or about 10 March 2025.
