CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Kagiso Sizanani wishes to advise bondholders of the resignation of Mr M Danisa, a non-executive
director of the Company, and the appointment of Mr TS Setshedi as a non-executive director of the
Company, with effect from 24 February 2020.

The board of directors of Kagiso Sizanani (“Board”) wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Danisa for
his contribution to the Company during his tenure and welcomes Mr Setshedi to the Board.
