NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN AUDITOR


Bondholders are advised that the Issuer has rotated external auditors for the financial year ending
30 June 2019. The board has approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc, which
appointment is subject to approval by the South African Prudential Authority.

The Issuer wishes to thank its outgoing auditors Deloitte & Touché for its services and support over the
years.
