Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes in the function of a director, following the appointment
of Mr Roger Pitt as Chairman of the Board.

Mr Godwin Nyengedza has been appointed as the Chairman of both the:

    -   Audit and Risk Committee; and
    -   the Remuneration and Nomination Committee,

with effect from 29 November 2021.
