AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR

Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the Guarantor to
the ZAR 7 000 000 000 Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme, for the year ended 31 March 2018 is
available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The financial statements of the Guarantor have also been made available on the Issuer’s website at
http://www.toyota.co.za/themes/toyota/files/tfs/TMFNL_AFS_FY2018.pdf.

Bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Guarantor is unqualified,
with no modifications applicable.

Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that no restatements to previously
published annual financial statements have been included in the financial statements of the Guarantor.
