Noteholders are herewith advised that the Issuer has elected to exercise its option to redeem the MMIG03
notes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Issuer’s ZAR 10 000 000 000 Unsecured
Subordinated Callable Note Programme dated 4 November 2019 and the terms and conditions of the
MMIG03 applicable pricing supplement, with effect from 1 June 2020.
