PUBLICATION OF THE REGISTERED APPLICABLE TRANSACTION SUPPLEMENT AND THE AMENDED
PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM

The Nitro Programme has received approval from the JSE Limited (the "JSE") in terms of its
Applicable Transaction Supplement (the "ATS") established under the amended and restated
R6 000 000 000.00 Asset-Backed Securities Programme dated 21 November 2024 (the "Amended
Programme Memorandum").

The ATS will be available through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection and on the following website: https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/nitro-
programme

A summary of the changes effected in the Amended Programme Memorandum is provided below:

•   updates to the name "JSE Debt Listings Requirements" to "JSE Debt and Specialist Listings
    Requirements" (the "Requirements") as required in terms of the requirements of the JSE;
•   updates to the documents available on the website under the "Documents Incorporated by
    Reference" section and including the director schedule in accordance with paragraph 4.17(b)
    of the JSE Requirements;
•   updates to the parties under the "Summary" section;
•   updates to the pro-forma applicable issuer pricing supplement;
•   updates to the "Risk Factors" section by including the reform in relation to JIBAR risk factor;
•   updates to the "Terms and conditions of the notes" section in respect of the Interest,
    Undertakings of the Issue and Meeting of Noteholders conditions contained in this section;
•   updates to the "Security Structure" and "Issuer" sections;
•   updates to the "Settlement, Clearing and Transfers of Notes" section;
•   update to the "Glossary of Definitions";
•   updates to the "General Information" and "Corporate Information" sections; and
•   any other ancillary updates which give effect to these amendments.

The Amended Programme Memorandum will be available through a secure electronic manner at
the election of the person requesting inspection and on the following website:
