Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or the Company) is pleased to advise that its Managing Director & CEO,
Errol Smart, will host a live investor webinar on MarketOpen Direct Connect, to provide an update on recent
progress at the Company's two copper development assets, the Prieska Copper Zinc Mine (PCZM) and Okiep
Copper Project, both located in South Africa's Northern Cape Province.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, 18 July 2024, commencing at 4:30pm AEST / 2:30pm AWST / 8:30am South
African time.
