APPOINTMENT OF A COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that the contract between Solid
Core Statutory Services, represented by Ms Tasja Kodde, for the provision
of company secretarial services to the Company will not be renewed in
due course.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Jacqui Grove has been appointed
as Company Secretary of SA Corporate with effect from 01 February 2021.
Ms Grove is a seasoned corporate law advisor, governance professional
and company secretary, having served in such capacities over a period
of 17 years in various senior management and advisory roles with listed
and large organisations. Ms Grove holds an LLB degree and is an Advocate
of the High Court of South Africa.

The Board of SA Corporate would like to express its appreciation to Ms
Kodde for her services to the Company over the last year.
