Delay in the release of financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019

The board of SA Corporate regrets to communicate a delay of one week in the announcement of its
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019.

The delay is due to a key manager in the finance team falling ill, together with extensive focus by
management, the board and external audit on disclosure requirements in the preparation of the 2019
annual financial statements (“AFS”). Whilst the delay is regrettable, the Company is committed to
accurate financial reporting and the board requires the completion of the AFS with due regard for the
necessary governance and audit processes.

It is anticipated that the audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019 will be released
on Wednesday, 11 March 2020. The results presentations in Johannesburg and Cape Town have been
rescheduled to 10h00 on Wednesday, 11 March 2020 at The Maslow Hotel, Sandton, and 10h00 on
Thursday, 12 March 2020 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre respectively.
