CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are hereby notified that Andre
Hanekom has been appointed financial director of Brikor with effect
from Monday, 18 July 2016.

Andre qualified as a CA(SA) in 2001, after having completed his
articles at BDO Spencer Steward Inc. He has fifteen years’ experience
in auditing, taxation and financial disciplines as well as having
been the chief financial officer at a main board JSE-listed company,
Rolfes Holdings Limited.

The board welcomes Andre and is confident that, given his experience,
he will add value to Brikor and looks forward to his input.
